I Will Trust In Thee

God made us who we are and what we are. He made us in His own image, so He would know better than we would. Do you trust in Him who makes no mistakes? Do you trust His to heal you? Do you trust Him to keep you safe? Do you trust Him to provide for you? Do you trust Him to make the right decisions that give you what He knows is best for you? Trust is hard for a lot of people. I understand that, probably better than most. Life taught me not to trust most people. It also taught me that I couldn’t even trust in myself. But, God saw me for who I am, inside and out. I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I trust Him to do what is best for me. He has changed me and my life so much, that it seems as though my past is nothing more than a dream. Actually…more like a nightmare!

Proverbs 28:26 says, “He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.”

I was the epitome of a fool! Believe me when I tell you that I was the only one I trusted for a very long time. Then I didn’t even do that. God and His one and only Son taught me that I can trust them. Gradually, They taught me that I could trust some people, but not all. Some would say that I’m too trusting. But not one single soul on earth has my trust as I trust in the Lord.

In today’s culture, some men want to be women. Some women want to be men. Children are wanting to be identified as cats and dogs, and their parents fight for the children to be addressed as such. If God made you a man, it doesn’t matter what you want or what you do to yourself, you are a man! The same goes for women and children. Be who God made you to be. When you do otherwise, you are not only turning your back on Him, but also on what He wants for you. You’re turning your back on the blessings that He wants to bestow upon you. You aren’t trusting Him, even a little bit!

Proverbs 3:5-9 says, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones. Honour the Lord with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:

Put your trust in Him that made you. Proverbs speaks to the wise and the unwise. It would behoove you to obey the Lord and as it says throughout the Bible, both in the Old Testament as well as the New, trust in the Lord with all your heart, all your mind, and all your soul. He knows what you need. He knows what you want. He knows what is best for you! On that you can TRUST!!

God Bless and keep you as only He can. Walk with Jesus. And ONLY in LOVE!
